The Screen That Represents the actual Pass
On a network notebook notebook page - design / sketch / document the screen of the actual pass. What information will appear? What will be the layout? What colors? What images?
Think about this scenario - you are in the hallway and Mr. Bearden (the most hated man on campus) asks to see your hall pass and you show him your phone screen - what should be on that screen? What are on hall passes now?
Now - get a piece of blank white paper and produce a final draft (with color) of this screen. Your design should fill the screen. You may design this on a computer and print it or draw by hand - or some weird combo of the two.
Extension: If there is time. What is something we could add to the screen to ensure that it is REAL and not just an image that the student is showing Mr. Bearden?
Not that a high school student here at DHS would ever fake a pass.
